Dr. Karyn Grimm Herndon to Run Chicago Marathon for African Charity

MCWHC physician Dr. Karyn Grimm Herndon will be running the Chicago Marathon on October 11, 2009 to raise money for RISE International. RISE International is a charity that builds primary schools in the civil war ravaged African nation of Angola. Despite a very busy patient care schedule, Dr. Herndon has been training hard over the past few months to prepare for her first marathon.
